Maximum of 7 days of free Rent A Car service.Only in events of an own damage accident and shall be given to the customers while their car/vehicle is at the workshop for repairs in respect of a valid claim under a motor insurance policy. Rent A Car service is also available in case of total loss to the customers’ vehicle but for a maximum of the eligible days, a valid claim needs to be opened with TA to obtain the service. The service will be provided to the First Party’s Nominee/Customer on each incident occurred during the period of 13 months.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Members will get either 7 / 14 days of free Replacement Car service in conjunction with an accident and will be given to the customers while their car is at the workshop
  2. IMC will provide a 1.6 litre engine capacity, Hatch Back or Sedan which are of maximum 2 years old
  3. Upon registering an accident, IMC will deliver the replacement car to the customer’s location in the committed period and IMC will also arrange pick up upon completion of the free number of days. If the customer wishes to extend the possession of vehicle after free days he has to pay the normal rental charges directly to the IMC representative. The additional days charge would be charged at AED 90.00/ Day
  4. Customer should provide the copy of the accident police report, driving license, passport and Emirates ID.
  5. Customer should have a valid credit card to obtain this service.
  6. Members can upgrade the model of the replacement car at additional cost and subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

The above services will be limited to all vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons in total build up weight.

  1. Vehicle Towing Services:

    If there is a breakdown or an accident, IMC will tow the vehicle to the dealer’s garage or to the nearest garage of the customer’s choice within UAE borders
  2. Battery Boost Service:

    Where the vehicle’s battery is dead for whatever reason, IMC will jump-start the vehicle to enable the Members to carry on with their journey (no new battery and /or replacement of battery provided by IMC), IMC will not tow the vehicle to the dealer’s garage or to the nearest garage.
  3. Lock Out Services:

    If the keys are locked inside the vehicle, IMC will make attempts to gain access to key to enable the Members to carry on with their journey. If not customers need to contact their agency.
  4. Flat Tyre Service:

    IMC will change the flat tire with a spare tire. If no spare tire is available, IMC will tow the vehicle to the dealer’s garage or to the nearest garage. (no new tyre and /or replacement will be provided by IMC)
  5. Fuel Delivery Service:

    IMC will deliver fuel direct to the Members should they run out of fuel. The Members only have to pay the cost of the fuel.
  6. Off- Road Assistance:

    Off road recovery will be provided to members. Off-road recovery is only provided if a break down happens, accident happens, or vehicle gets stuck during the normal course of driving. If vehicle cannot be driven due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, IMC will tow the vehicle to the dealer’s garage or a nearest garage. The time required to reach the customer for off-road recovery depends on the location and accessibility to the location of the vehicle. Vehicles participating in any desert event or rally are excluded. This service is limited to 3 times in a year. Off Road Assistance includes sandy or off-road areas pull-out, desert pull-out, and basement parking pull-out. Desert recoveries are limited to 4 x 4 vehicles and would be done only during daylight hours
  7. Car Registration Renewal Service:

    Vehicle registration renewal service will be provided to members, one complimentary service per year applicable to one car per member. The reservation must be done with IMC 48 hours prior to registration. In order to avail the vehicle registration renewal service, the member must provide the documents and information required by the traffic department. The customer is also responsible for the settlement of all traffic fines and other traffic department charges. IMC will collect the vehicle key and documents from the member from a single location as mutually agreed. The vehicles will be collected only from the city in which they are registered, and the renewal service is applicable for a single attempt only. In the case of failure in passing the car on inspection, the car will be returned with the comments from the inspection office. The service will only be provided once a year and any subsequent services are not free of charge, however the customer can avail the services at a nominal fee of AED 150.00 per additional runs. The vehicle registration renewal service does not apply to export, sale or transfer of vehicles nor does it apply to any commercial vehicles or motor cycles.
  8. International Driving License:

    SIC customers are entitled to a discount of 10% on International Driving License. Members will have to submit a copy of his/ her valid UAE driving license, 2 passport size photographs along with the signed application form.
  9. Response Time:

    Response time is a maximum of 45 - 60 minutes within city limits. On Highways or out of city limits, the response time would depend upon the distance, road conditions in that particular area, weather and all other unavoidable circumstances, which are out of human control, but where no problems exist, a maximum of 2 hours. The above services will be limited to all vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tons
  10. Membership Usage and Validity:

    Roadside Assistance program for all Members is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
